Large Load Service Application
Purpose. Use this application to begin discussions regarding a new or expanded large load requiring engineering review or a special service arrangement.

Initial submission requirements. A complete initial submission should include the items below. Connexus Energy may request additional information as the project advances.
- Non-refundable application fee of $5,000.
- Executed nondisclosure agreement, if requested.
- Basic company and project information.
- Preliminary load size, operating profile, and proposed schedule.
- Key attachments listed in Section 7.
Important note. Submission of this form does not guarantee service by a requested date or in a requested configuration. Final service is subject to engineering review, system capability, applicable tariffs, service rules, and required agreements, deposits, and construction payments.
